“Now Dynamic Prayer, too, can cause a raise of Kundalini. There isn’t any doubt about it.

“Several things can cause a raise of Kundalini. The fastest way is to put undue pressures on it through certain yoga exercises. This is not to be recommended. In fact, I would say, don’t do it. Not unless you are operating under a Master who’s a specialist in this type of thing. Another way of raising Kundalini is naturally of course, by service, of which Dynamic Prayer is one part.

“Now, service is a sure way of raising it. It must raise. You cannot help but raise Kundalini. It might take you thirty, forty, fifty lives – there’ll come a time when you will do it. Through service, you’re using this power of Kundalini all the time – all the time. And the more you use it, the more is available for use, surprisingly enough.

“Even some of the Indians didn’t understand Kundalini, I… never mind. The more you use it, the more is available for use. And the more you use it, the more you will be able to control it. Even if you don’t do so consciously in this life or two, there’ll come a life when you will be able to raise it up and down in full consciousness.

“Dynamic Prayer is one way in which some — some — of the power of Kundalini is risen, not to a low center, but to a higher – higher – center, where it manifests itself as pure spiritual energy on spiritual planes.

“So you see that here is a method – a simple method – for Mr and Mrs Everyman to employ, not only to do good to Mr and Mrs Everyman but also to help themselves in an all ‘round, balanced fashion.”
