If you look at it from the point of view of the Cosmic Masters – the beings from other planets – they want to give their message. They desperately want to give it to us but we have to be ready to receive it. Every step we take towards them they will take two towards us.

We could go to Mars and be completely unaware of life there unless they chose for us to be aware.

The main point is that the more evolved you are, the higher frequency of matter you occupy – and this applies through the universe.

They [the beings from other planets] are much more evolved than us. So, there is a physical aspect, of course, that we see, and we could land on if all conditions were allowable and correct, but it doesn’t mean we’d see the higher life that exists there any more than if somebody came here or if you walk down the street you’d see the life that does exist on a higher frequency here, like say level five.

There are seven levels excluding the lower astral realms. We’re on level one. There’s a level two, three, four, five… Where I’m sitting here, on level four, for example, for all I know (and I don’t know) could be a lake, or it could be a forest, but I won’t necessarily see it.

On the whole, these realms are not known about by the inhabitants of the physical realm and it’s possible too, I would like to say, that there are people on those realms that if you were able to get there out of body, and I’ve had a (and I’m not the only one at all) kind of an experience of this nature, that they wouldn’t even see you when you went there.

But where you’re talking about interplanetary beings they are fully cognizant of all the levels and they inhabit them at the same time. So, if we went to – if we were able to go say to – Mars and walk about Mars, it doesn’t mean that we would necessarily be aware of that civilization – unless they wished us to be.

And they have left, I believe, certain tell-tale signs for us, but there’s also a deliberate air of mystery, which they are choosing to allow at the moment I think to give us time to catch up and evolve and progress and be ready for this realization.

After all, don’t forget, if you look at the sort of movies that come out, the general concept tends to be that they’re hostile, that they’re a threat, that we need to attack them, we need to fire at them… This has happened. There are government documents that show that craft from this world have attempted to fire missiles at extraterrestrial spacecraft. There’s a whole body of documentation about this and people who specialize in it and do documentaries on it; plenty of material about it.

And it goes to show that the UFO movement as a whole is not, I would like to suggest, a spiritual movement. This is what they’re dealing with.
