I first discovered what we call dynamic prayer attending a talk at Hull University, where I was a student of music and drama in the early 70’s. What I experienced changed my life forever. It could change yours too.

The Aetherius Society speaker told us all, members of the Buddhist and Vedanta Society, which I belonged to in those days, how to send energy out to the world – and I’m going to show you exactly what he taught us then.

At that point I was completely new to the idea of dynamic prayer, and I had never heard of Dr. George King, The Aetherius Society – or The Twelve Blessings.

But that night I went back home and I tried it.

I raised my hands, I visualized White Light and I visualized this going out to someone I’d seen earlier in the day – a homeless person who’d caught my attention and was in need.

I visualized this person being filled with White Light, being healed – just as we’d been shown how to do, and I prayed for him; just a simple, heartfelt prayer.

I finished the practice with the Mudra we had been shown and went to bed. I couldn’t have anticipated what happened next.

I was overwhelmed by a reaction which I now understand must have been within my aura.

I felt tingling sensations running through the whole body in a very tangible, undeniable way. And as I lay there, it continued for hours.

At about four in the morning I couldn’t take it anymore and got out of bed. I walked a mile or two to the house of the person who had arranged the meeting and banged on his door!

I wanted to ask – what was happening to me!

The organizer couldn’t tell me, but he put me in touch with the speaker, John Holder, the next day, and the rest is history. Since then I have been a regular practitioner of The Twelve Blessings, and I want to show you this very simple technique of invoking and sending out this healing prayer energy to the world.

Im not going to guarantee or say you WILL have a similar experience to me, or certainly not immediately, after all we are all different, but sooner or later, if you don’t experience it now, you will EXPERIENCE the power of prayer energy. Not as a matter of faith, certainly not as a matter of theory – but as a matter of reality, of direct experience.

If you would like to try this yourself, or if you’ve never done this before – as I had never done it before – you can follow these simple steps:

• Raise the hands, palms facing outwards at about shoulder height in front of you.
• Visualize White Light coming down through the head, along the arms and out through the center of the palms and also out through the psychic center (or chakra) called the Heart Center (just in front of the breastbone).
• Visualize this Light flowing out to a target of your choice; a warzone or perhaps someone you know who would welcome healing and really concentrate so that you visualize them well, surrounded in White Light.
• Above all – and I must emphasize this – feel a real love – a real compassion for the focus of your prayer. Everything else is secondary to this burning desire to help another.
  Now, let the energy flow through you.
• When you have finished, perform what is called the ‘sealing mudra’; one pass of the right palm across the left.

Once you are comfortable with this, you can then practice the wonderful blessings and prayers of The Twelve Blessings – Love and power in its purity.

I know it works, and I know it can work for you.
