Give thanks to the Devic Kingdom
Today in the United States we are celebrating Thanksgiving, a time of year when we think about our blessings and give thanks for them.
We are taught in The Twelve Blessings to remember the Devic Kingdom and to be ever thankful for their tireless and essential work on our behalf.
The Devas are nature spirits. They manipulate the energy that we send out, to create weather conditions. Only those with a certain psychic ability can see them, but they are very real. In a lecture from 1962, Master of Yoga, Dr. George King said:
“For instance, we all know thoughts are things, and yet we cannot see thoughts with our physical eyes; but we do see thoughts with our inner eye. You can imagine a beautiful picture and visualize it and see it with your inner eye. And yet if you open your physical eyes and stare at it, the chances are 999 times out of 1,000 times, you will not see it. It’s the same exactly with the devic kingdom. They’re here among us, yet we do not see them. I may be laboring this point a little too much for some of you, possibly, but I want to implant it in your minds that they are here even though you may not be aware of them.”
This Thanksgiving, let us remember to send our love to these ones for the vital work that they do for us all every single day of our lives!
